Cindy Xu Jewelry offer free shipping for all of our jewellery pieces worldwide. We ship internationally with Fedex International. Shipping within Australia is done through Auspost with tracked shipping.

  • United States: 3 business days.
  • Europe: 3 to 4 business days.

Duty and Taxes

You will not be charged for duty and import taxes. Cindy Xu Jewellery does not collect taxes and duties upfront in the cart at time of purchase. In most cases where the destination will require duty and taxes, Cindy Xu Jewelry will pay for this amount as part of the shipment.

Bespoke commissioned pieces

When you commission a bespoke piece, you will be the owner of a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery designed and hand-crafted especially for you.The design period and meticulous making time will vary from piece to piece depending on the complexity of the design, rarity of the gemstones (to be sourced or provided by you, as you wish) and the craftsmanship involved.  Cindy Xu will be happy to discuss all details, process and expected delivery time with you until you are perfectly happy before the work commence.If you have any queries, please get in touch via [email protected]

Packaging

Our jewellery will arrive in our luxury custom-made branded jewellery boxes. We use stiff and secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition.

Returns policy

If you are not happy with the jewelry piece you received, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from the date the item is received in the post for a full refund (shipping charges including return shipping fees and duties/taxes are nonrefundable). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, we highly recommend you using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We will refund your order upon receiving the item.To be accepted as a return the piece needs to be in its original condition in which it was received – unworn, unused, with its original packaging. Cindy Xu Jewelry will not accept any product that has been damaged or modified by the customer. Additionally, the product cannot be returned once the 30-day return period is over.Bespoke and custom orders are hard costs. As such, all opal jewelry which has been custom created, resized and/or adjusted per customer specifications cannot be refunded, exchanged or adjusted after an order has been paid for and processed. All bespoke and custom order sales are final and payments in full must be made prior to the start of production.All returns must be approved by us.
